What customers say
★★★★★ 4.94 average · 913 reviews★★★★★“Loved the taste and thickness of powder as a shake. Will be adding it to my oats in the morning as well!”
★★★★☆“I am not really a fan of protein powder, but the texture was good. The Salted Caramel is ok. The Vanilla I mixed with Milo and it was quite nice. The chocolate sample I had was not to my liking. To be fair, I don’t usually like any of the chocolate protein powders.”
★★★★★“The chocolate is definitely my favourite as I don’t have a sweet tooth. I use the protein powder as a top up or a quick boost when I feel I need to hit my protein goals.”
★★★★★“Great tasting and quality [plant] protein.”

How to make a protein smoothie smooth, not gritty
| Problem | What to try |
|---|---|
| Gritty or clumpy | Liquid first, then powder, then fruit. Blend longer, and let it rest for a minute. |
| Too thick | Add a splash more liquid, or use less frozen fruit. |
| Too thin or icy | Add half a frozen banana, a spoon of oats or a few ice cubes. |
| Earthy aftertaste | Use a flavoured powder with banana, berries or mango. See why aftertaste happens. |
| Too sweet | Our powders already contain 2.2g to 4.8g of sugar per serve, so skip extra sweeteners and use less fruit. |
| Makes you feel full or heavy | Start with a smaller serve and introduce new ingredients one at a time. See how to introduce a new protein powder. |
