What customers say
★★★★★ 4.94 average · 913 reviews★★★★★“Loved the taste and thickness of powder as a shake. Will be adding it to my oats in the morning as well!”
★★★★★“Great produce fantastic taste.”
★★★★★“The chocolate is definitely my favourite as I don’t have a sweet tooth. I use the protein powder as a top up or a quick boost when I feel I need to hit my protein goals.”
★★★★☆“I am not really a fan of protein powder, but the texture was good. The Salted Caramel is ok. The Vanilla I mixed with Milo and it was quite nice. The chocolate sample I had was not to my liking. To be fair, I don’t usually like any of the chocolate protein powders.”

Vegan protein shake FAQs
How do I make a vegan protein shake?
Add 300 to 350ml of water or plant milk to a shaker or blender, add one 50g serve of powder, shake or blend until smooth, and let it rest for a minute.
How much protein is in a vegan protein shake?
One serve of Green Choice gives 34.9g of protein (35.3g in Chocolate), before any milk or add-ins. Plant milks and extras add their own protein.
What is the best liquid for a vegan protein shake?
Water gives a lighter shake, and plant milk such as soy, oat or almond gives a creamier one. Try both and see which you prefer.
How do I stop my protein shake being gritty?
Add the liquid first, shake or blend for longer and let it rest for a minute. A blender gives the smoothest result. See our mixing guide.
Can I have a protein shake every day?
Many people do as part of a balanced diet. Treat it as a way to top up the protein you get from food, and check your total daily needs with an accredited practising dietitian if you're unsure.
Can I make a protein shake ahead of time?
Yes. Keep it refrigerated, shake it before drinking and have it within about a day.
Is it gluten free and dairy free?
Yes. Our powders contain pea and are made in a facility that also processes milk, soy, gluten and egg, so speak to your doctor if you have a severe allergy. See our lactose-free range.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, and orders over $150 ship free. Orders are usually dispatched via Australia Post within 1–3 business days. See our shipping policy.
Can I try it before buying a full pouch?
